GR-CFP100-M8501-SR10-D is a MM optical CFP module (C form-factor pluggable), with data transfer rate up to 100 Gbps, 850 nm Tx working wavelength of, MPO socket, Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM).
Maximum communication range is 100 m with OM3 fibers and 150 m with OM4.
Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) is an optical module function that allows real-time monitoring of parameters such as output signal strength (TX), received signal strength (RX), supply voltage, module temperature and bias current in the transmitter. Changes in these parameters make it possible to assess the state of the optical system and the channel as a whole. For normal operation, the DDM function must be supported by both the optical module and switch.
