GR-SGMII-X3110L-D is a dual-fiber optical SGMII (Serial Gigabit Media Independent Interface) SFP module (Small Form-factor Pluggable), with data transfer rate up to 1,25 Gbps over a distance up to 10 km, Tx working wavelength of 1310 nm, LC socket, Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM).
GR-SGMII-X3110L-D is designed to operate with two single mode optical fibers.
SFP port of the switch/router must have SGMII support.
Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) is an optical module function that allows real-time monitoring of parameters such as output signal strength (TX), received signal strength (RX), supply voltage, module temperature and bias current in the transmitter. Changes in these parameters make it possible to assess the state of the optical system and the channel as a whole. For normal operation, the DDM function must be supported by both the optical module and switch.

The SFP Dual Fiber LC module with DDM from FiberTool is an excellent optical transceiver that I would highly recommend.
